AI4MSME is a research-driven initiative dedicated to empowering Indian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Our mission is to provide practical solutions that address the unique challenges faced by MSMEs, enabling them to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.

As a passionate researcher, my mission is to understand and facilitate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), empowering them to harness the potential of AI for innovation, growth, and competitiveness. Through rigorous research, collaboration with stakeholders, and dissemination of insights, I aim to contribute to the development of policies and strategies that support the successful integration of AI in the Indian MSME sector.

My background

Raghu, an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry, leads the research project on AI adoption in Indian MSMEs. With a strong background in strategy, thought leadership, global business development, and operations, Raghu brings expertise from various industries, including Banking / Fintech, Retail / CPG, Telecom, Health IT, and Photonics.

He has held leadership positions at IBM and co-founded several successful startups. Raghu's academic qualifications, including an MBA from RMIT University, executive education from Harvard and UC Berkeley, and a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Artificial Intelligence (current), along with his consulting capabilities, make him well-suited to guide the team towards achieving the project's objectives.
